"Six Characters In Search of an Author".

I used a painted halftone pattern and heavy black outlines to make the Characters' faces into caricatures of themselves, to simplify them each into a single emotion. 
Each mask was hand sculpted directly on the actors' faces, with strategic exaggerations of key features to denote the character's dominant emotion.
